Act of Kindness: OFW Family Circle of San Jose Del Monte and Political Science Students of FCPC

OFW Family Circle of San Jose del Monte Bulacan and Political Science Students of First City Providential College took action to voluntarily go to Tanauan City, Batangas at January 16, 2020 to help in aiding our fellow countrymen affected by the Taal volcano eruption with City Mayor Of Tanauan Batangas Hon. Mary Angeline Sweet Halili.

They delivered the collected goods that would help some evacuees for the days to come.

"We donated some clothes, foods, shampoos, water, packed rice and other materials for their necessities out of our garage sale. Those are just a small help but we all know a simple act of kindness to our kababayan shows the true meaning of what are the values of Filipinos", According to Precious Gif Sumagang. A Political Science student who is together with 3 more students whom travelled amidst the ashes of Taal.

The goody bags were collected from OFW's Family Circle officers, members and Political Science students of First City Providential College.

The mission was led by Dr. Rosemarie Navotas, the program head of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Department and President of OFW Family Circle.
