Tryke Gutierrez posted on February 21 in his Official Facebook page the possible careers for students who will finish BS in Esports at Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) if it gets approved by Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
The course will offer 2 tracks; Esports Management Track and Game Design Development Track, wherein the student could choose any of the 2 for a 4-year program.

- Sales/Partnerships Manager
- Esports Agent
- Event Manager/Production Executive
- Production/Broadcasting
- Marketing Manager
- Market Researcher
Game Design Development Track
- Game Designer

- Video Game Designer
- Software Development
- Animation Engineer
- Lead Game Programmer/Developer
- Associate Game Quality Assurance
- Video Game Quality Assurance Engineer
- Associate Technical Director
- Senior Game Sound Engineer
- Graphics Programmer
- Technical Support Engineer
The sending of the proposal to CHED would be on March 4 and if approved, the implementation of the course could start this year in August.
The first batch of graduates are expected to be in 2024 if everything goes well.
