CNN Philippines to go off air for at least 24 hours

CNN Philippines reportedly to stop airing for at least 24 hours after an employee of Worldwide Corporate Center tested positive of COVID-19.

The building had different offices, one of them is CNN Philippines.

They will take precautionary measures and will go off air for at least 24 hours or until the safety of its employees is secured.

CNN Philippines broadcaster mentioned during the company's Facebook Live that it was not a CNN employee who tested positive of the virus.

"Muli po paglilinaw, hindi po empleyado ng CNN Philippines ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19. Marami po kasing mga kompanya doon po sa aming building at ang isa dun sa empleyado nga sa isa pang kompanya ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19... Minabuti po na mag-evacuate na muna dahil kailangan pong magsagawa ng disinfection ang pamunuan ng gusali." said Pinky Webb
