Filipinos has open window to evacuate as ceasefire was mandated

Filipinos are encouraged to take the ceasefire as an opportunity to evacuate away from the areas imminent to conflict said an envoy Tuesday as UN-recognized government and Gen. Khalifa Haftar had a ceasefire agreement.

The said talks were held in Moscow on Monday, January 13 wherein terms and conditions were applied that both sides would agree to which would hopefully stop the igniting conflict between the two groups.

The Russian and Turkish defense and foreign ministers have been the mediators to the talks but the two groups were strictly observed not to meet face-to-face to evade high tension situations on the ceasefire talks.
