First Filipino national confirms death due to COVID-19 in the Philippines.

A 67-year old Filipino woman died due to the novel coronavirus announced by the Department of Health, March 11. The death of the Filipino woman is the Philippines' second death due to the said disease. She is the first Filipino national died due to COVID-19. The patient was known as patient 35 who was admitted at the Manila Doctors Hospital after showing symptoms and tested positive, March 11, Wednesday. The Health department is already gathering and validating information about her death. A 44- year old Chinese man was the country's first death and first death outside the mainland China due to the COVID-19. There are already 49 infected patients with 2 Chinese nationals who were infected and the other one dying.
