Laguna already under lockdown due the increasing cases of COVID-19

Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez declared the entire province under total lockdown and ordered local authorities to enforce consequent measures, March 28. “Ipinag-uutos sa lahat ng awtoridad sa lalawigan ng Laguna ang implementasyon ng TOTAL LOCKDOWN ng probinsya at mahigpit na pagsunod sa lahat ng panuntunan sa pagpapatupad nito,” the governor said in a Saturday afternoon post. Despite in lacking of guidelines, Governor Hernandez clarified in his Facebook page that "authorized persons" were exempted like frontliners. There are already 23 positive cases in Laguna according to the latest bulletin from Provincial Health Province.
