7'2" basketball phenom Kai Sotto continue to amaze scouts and NBA players alike as the Basketball Without Borders camp ended Monday, February 17, 2020, that was held at Chicago during the NBA All-star Weekend 2020.
The young Filipino center did drills and training headed by young NBA players who had been the product of the program in the last few years. This includes the Toronto Raptors champion Pascal Siakam and the Celtics' crowd favorite 7'5" Tacko Fall who assisted the young players in their baseline drills.
Kai had so much fun and was overwhelmed with the experience of being able to talk and share stories with some of the most popular big men of the game to this day.
He was challenged on the note that Tacko was guarding the rim as they drive from the arc and the baseline to the hoop.
According to many scouts and sports analysts, both local and foreign stated that Kai has improved in so many aspects of the game highlighting his strength and agility for his size. His shooting and athletism also improved as he faced so many drills and training to level up to these aspects.
The young protege is expected to improve more and continue to amaze more and more players, scouts and coaches as he moves forward on his journey to the NBA.
