"The Rising Heart " located at Barangka Road Brgy. Paradise III is one of the best tourist attractions here in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan which opens around 5 to 7 pm, it was officially opened this February 10, 2020.
The Rising Heart was made because of the celebration of the love month and for those people who wanted to celebrate Valentine's day with someone like family and friends.
Most of the San Joseños said that this attraction provides clarity in mind as they visit "The Rising Heart" because of the perfection and peace within the place as the fresh cold air hugs them and with the beautiful scenery welcoming them through the incoming night added by the soothing sound provided by a band that makes the visitors unwind on the stress of the day.
